Bob and Mike Bryan went 25-5 as a pair in Davis Cup matches, including a win that clinched the U.S. victory over Russia 16 years ago in Portland. When asked about this new milestone from Davis Cup news, Bob replied:
“I am extremely honored and humbled for this opportunity to captain the United States Davis CupTeam,” said Bryan. “I have been inspired watching these young American players continue to rise and I am motivated to contribute to this positive momentum.”
